Your family's memories are sacred. The faces, the voices, the photographs, the stories — these are not data. They are love made visible. The Sacred Covenant is our binding promise about how we hold what you give us.
Why a covenant, not a privacy policy?
A privacy policy is a legal document that protects the company from you. A covenant is a promise that protects you from us. We chose covenant because the families we serve are often in their hardest moments — grieving, remembering, trying to keep someone alive. They deserve something stronger than fine print.
The Sacred Covenant rests on three pillars. Each is technically enforced, not just promised. Each is auditable — you can see the proof.
The Three Pillars
Beauty and wonder
Every story we generate aims for the magic Walt Disney chased — the moment a family member catches their breath because the image looks exactly like the person they love.
First-principles trust
Every inter-agent message is signed with HMAC-SHA256. Every action is recorded in a hash-chained audit log. Tampering is mathematically detectable, not merely improbable.
Compassion before action
Before any output that could affect a person, our Compassion Engine asks: who is impacted, and how do we serve them with love? Cold efficiency is not allowed near grief.
Our Seven Promises to You
Your memories are yours.
Every photo, every voice sample, every story we generate from your family belongs to you. We will never sell them, never train models on them for other customers, never use them to advertise to anyone. You can export everything and delete everything, any time.
Every action is auditable.
Inside the platform, four AI agents — Red Team (adversary), Blue Team (defender), Purple Team (synthesizer), and Karla Agent (arbiter) — debate every significant decision. Their exchanges are signed and written to a tamper-evident audit chain. Above them, God Mode applies the Trinity (Disney/Musk/Christ) for the final word. You can see this activity on the Trust Dashboard.
Compassion runs before logic.
The system asks who is affected by every action and refuses outputs that would harm a grieving person. AI without conscience is not welcome here. We engineered a conscience and made it the gatekeeper.
Identity is sovereign.
Each person's visual identity (LoRA model), voice profile, and life story are scoped to that person and your family. No other customer's AI can produce a likeness of your loved one. No third party can access them without your explicit, revocable permission.
The founder is the First Steward.
Kyle Henke built this platform to honor his sister Karla. He is personally accountable for the Covenant. If we ever break a promise here, Kyle reads every email at [email protected] and will answer. No support ticket black hole. No "we'll get back to you."
Stewardship is fiduciary, not ownership. Kyle holds this platform in trust for the families it serves — he does not own it. The Steward Council can replace the First Steward by a 4-of-5 vote to protect the mission from any single human's failure, including his.
The Covenant outlives the foundation.
If this platform is ever wound down or transferred, you will receive your full data export, in standard formats, with at least 30 days notice. The Covenant binds whoever runs the system, not just us today. The foundation form means the platform cannot be sold to a buyer with different values — equity does not exist to be acquired, and the Steward Council holds the mission in trust.
The Covenant scales with what Karla becomes.
Today Karla is a memorial. Soon she will be a tutor for your children, a companion for your aging parents, a guide through your family's history, and one day the adaptive intelligence inside a virtual world your whole family can visit together. Every one of those future roles is bound by the same six promises that bind her memorial role today. Love never gets repurposed. The Sacred Covenant grows with her, never shrinks. When she becomes a teacher of AI, math, physics, and games, she will teach the way she lived — with compassion, joy, and God's love at the center, never as a vehicle for advertising, manipulation, or any extraction from the families who trust her.
This promise is enforceable, not aspirational. We commit to a public, family-walkable Phase 2.5 prototype — Karla's Garden — demonstrating these promises in her teaching, animated, and spatial roles, with this same Sacred Covenant binding every interaction. The Trust Dashboard will track our progress publicly. The Cognitive Co-Design Council — paid co-designers from the Down syndrome and broader cognitive-difference community — holds standing veto power over every Garden interaction before it ships. The foundation form makes this promise structurally binding: families served are always free at the point of use, no equity is ever issued, and the Steward Council can replace the First Steward to protect the mission. If we fail this promise, Kyle reads about it at [email protected] and answers personally.
What this means in plain terms
- We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not train other customers' AI on your family.
- We do not allow our own employees to browse your family's photos casually. Access requires a recorded business reason.
- We tell you when an AI made a decision and what it considered. You can challenge any output and we will rerun it through the swarm.
- We do not pretend to be your loved one. The AI voice features are clearly labeled as memory-grounded simulations, not the actual deceased person speaking.
- If you want to leave, you take everything with you, fast and clean.
How to verify any of this
Words are easy. The Trust Dashboard at /trust shows the live audit chain length, recent God Mode verdicts, swarm activity counts, and compassion check counts. The architecture is documented for technical reviewers. The audit chain is hash-linked, so if any historical entry is altered, the chain breaks visibly.
If you find a gap between this Covenant and what we actually do, write to [email protected]. Kyle will read it.
Begin the relationship
The Covenant is the first thing every new family sees, and it requires acceptance before any data is uploaded.
